Shipping Information
Wildfire Beauty & Wellness Suites currently ships within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. Wildfire is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all lingerie, intimate apparel, swimwear, and personal care items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For eligible non-intimate items (such as select apparel or accessories, if applicable), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

In original condition

With all tags attached
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist you.
